Everything you need to know about WorkWise Academy, our programs, and building with AI. Can't find your answer? Get in touch.
No. Our programs are designed specifically for business professionals with no coding background. You don't need to know what HTML, Python, or JavaScript are. If you can write a clear email, you can learn to build with AI. The entire approach is based on describing what you want in plain language and guiding the AI to build it.
We work primarily with leading AI coding assistants that are available through your web browser. No special software installations required. You'll learn to use AI chat interfaces and AI-powered development environments. We keep the curriculum tool-agnostic where possible so your skills transfer as the tools change. Specific recommendations are provided at the start of each cohort to ensure you're working with the most current options.
Plan for approximately 4 hours per week. Each module includes instructional content (about 1 hour), a guided practice exercise (about 1 hour), and a project build (about 2 hours). You can spread this across the week however works for your schedule. Most people complete the full program in 7–10 weeks, though you have lifetime access so there's no pressure.
Yes. We accept purchase orders, issue invoices, and can provide any documentation your procurement or L&D team needs. Many of our individual enrollees expense the course through their professional development budgets. For teams of 5 or more, we offer volume pricing and a dedicated enterprise process. Learn more about team pricing.
Yes. All programs include a WorkWise Academy completion certificate upon finishing the curriculum and capstone project. The certificate confirms the skills you've developed and the tools you've built. For team programs, we also provide a team completion report that L&D managers can use for internal records and compliance tracking.
Building with AI means creating working software tools through conversation: describing what you want in plain language and guiding AI to generate it, rather than writing code yourself. Some people call this "vibe coding"; we call it a fundamental professional skill. You're not learning to become a developer. You're learning to use AI as a building tool in your current role, to create dashboards, automate workflows, and ship internal tools without waiting on an engineering queue. Read our full guide to building with AI.
The skills we teach are industry-agnostic. Our graduates come from financial services, healthcare, consulting, technology, e-commerce, education, manufacturing, and government. If your work involves data, processes, reporting, or communication (and nearly every professional role does) you'll find direct applications. For team programs, we customise examples and projects to your specific industry and business context.
Self-paced learners get access to our community forum where you can ask questions, share projects, and get feedback from instructors and fellow students. We also hold weekly open office hours via video call. Team cohorts receive dedicated instructor support throughout the program, including direct messaging access and scheduled check-ins. All programs include email support with a 24-hour response time during business days.
Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of enrolment for the self-paced course, no questions asked. For team programs, refund terms are outlined in your service agreement and typically allow cancellation up to 7 days before the cohort start date. We're confident in the value of the program, and we'd rather you try it risk-free than hesitate.
Traditional bootcamps teach you to write code. That's a valuable skill, but it requires months of intensive study and a career pivot. WorkWise Academy teaches you to build with AI, a skill that sits inside your existing role. You're not becoming a developer. You're learning to use AI as a building tool in your current profession. The time commitment is lighter (hours per week, not hours per day), the output is immediately useful (real tools, not portfolio projects), and the goal is professional capability, not a career change.
