Project-level and user-level instructions that actually change Claude's behaviour. Not 500 lines of vague advice. Specific, tested, and pruned.

Who Books This
Tier 0 or Tier 1. You want Claude doing the work of a junior, not the work of a search bar. One focused session gets you there.
Tier 2. Five to twenty-five engineers who all use Claude Code but in slightly different ways, and it is starting to show. You want shared patterns.
Tier 1 per consultant or Tier 2 for the firm. Your billable hour depends on output speed. Claude Code setup is the fastest lever you have.
Tier 2 or Tier 3. Rolling Claude out across ops, finance, marketing. Often starts as a Tier 2 in one department and expands.
Tier 3. Multiple teams, security review, custom integrations, API-scale workloads. We work alongside your existing engineering and IT functions.

FAQ
Do I need to be a developer?
For Tiers 0 and 1, no. Claude Code is a command-line tool, but most of the value comes from using it as a thinking partner, not from writing code. For Tiers 2 and 3, at least one person on your team should be technical.
What if I already use Cursor or GitHub Copilot?
Claude Code is a different tool. Cursor and Copilot autocomplete code. Claude Code runs multi-step agentic workflows. We can work with both. Many of our clients run them side by side.
Can you do this on Windows?
Yes. Claude Code runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. We have set it up on all three.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. For Tier 2 and 3 engagements, that is standard.
What about data security?
Claude Code sends your code and file contents to Anthropic for inference. For Tier 3, we help you configure the Anthropic Enterprise plan, zero-retention API agreements, and the denylist settings that keep sensitive files out of context entirely.
Do you resell Anthropic licences?
No. You buy licences directly from Anthropic. We take no commission. That is deliberate: our advice stays honest that way.
