Claude Cowork · 3 Tiers
Three tiers. Set up Anthropic's desktop agent so it actually does the work. Folder routines, scheduled tasks, plugins, connectors. The version of Claude your COO opens on her MacBook, not the version that needs a terminal.
Why This Exists
Anthropic shipped Cowork at the start of 2026. It sits inside the Claude Desktop app, alongside Chat and Code, and it brings Claude Code's agentic engine to non-coding work. You point it at a folder, give it permission, set a schedule, and it actually completes the task on your machine. Receipts to a spreadsheet. A folder of transcripts to a synthesis memo. A board pack to a three-page summary, every Monday at 7am.
Most people who pay for Pro or Max never set this up. They use Claude like a smarter Google. They miss the part where Claude can run on a schedule, work on local files, and connect to Drive, Gmail, and the rest. The setup takes a few hours. Most people don't have a few hours.
These three tiers give you the setup. You get the configuration someone else spent six months figuring out, tuned to your work, in a day.
The Tiers
Start small. Move up when you are ready. Every tier delivers a working setup, not a slide deck about one.
Tier 0 · 1:1 · $249 · 90 minutes
A 90-minute session. We install Claude Desktop, switch on Cowork, set up your global Cowork instructions, give it folder permissions, and build your first scheduled task. You leave with a working setup that runs without you in the room.
Live 1:1 · Same-week bookings · Cheap enough to expense
Book the Starter →Tier 1 · 1:1 · From $999 · 1 day
One day, 1:1. We build your full Cowork setup: four to six folder routines, your Drive and Gmail connectors, plugins for the apps you actually use, three to five scheduled tasks, and your global instructions in your voice. Plus a 30-day tune-up session.
1 day live · Setup playbook · 30-day follow-up · Mac or Windows
Book the Setup Day →Tier 2 · Team · $12K-$25K · 2-4 weeks
Five to twenty-five people on Cowork with shared patterns. Team Cowork instructions, a shared plugin and connector library, three live training sessions, adoption checks, and 30 days of async support. Your office's house style, made repeatable.
5-25 people · 2-4 weeks · Fixed fee · Works for ops, finance, family offices
Book the Rollout →What We Actually Set Up
Your standing instructions for every Cowork session: tone, format preferences, how you want decisions surfaced, what you do not want Claude doing without asking. Tested and pruned, not 500 lines of vague advice.
A handful of folders Cowork is allowed to read and write. Each one with its own instructions: how to handle receipts, how to format reports, how to file a transcript. Drop a file in, the routine runs.
Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docusign, FactSet, Notion, Slack. Cowork reads and writes against the apps your work already lives in. We turn on what is useful and skip the noise.
Cowork's plugins library has dozens of pre-built integrations for finance, HR, engineering, and operations. We pick the ones that fit your work and configure them properly.
A weekly pipeline digest at 6am Monday. A monthly investor update assembled the day before it goes out. A quarterly board pack drafted three days before the meeting. The work that takes hours, on a schedule, without you starting it.
Ask-before-acting for sensitive folders. Act-without-asking for the routines you trust. Deletion always confirmed. Settings tuned to how you actually want Claude operating on your machine.
Cowork or Code
Claude Cowork is the desktop app version. No terminal. You point it at folders and connectors, set schedules, and it does the work in a sandboxed environment on your computer. Built for the executive, the principal, the office manager, the partner who is not going to open a terminal.
Claude Code is the terminal version. You write skills, configure MCP servers, set up hooks and slash commands. Built for the technical user, the founder who is comfortable with a CLI, the engineering team. Deeper customisation, more setup, more upside if you can use it.
Most non-technical buyers should start with Cowork. Most technical buyers should start with Code. Some teams run both: the principal on Cowork, the analyst on Code, sharing files between them.

Book a Tier 0 Starter. Worst case, you walk away with a working Cowork setup for $249. Best case, you know which tier to step up to next.
Why Work With Us
Most consultancies want you back next quarter. Our model is the opposite. We set up Cowork properly, walk you through how it works, and write a playbook so you can change it yourself when your work changes. WorkWise Academy is a teaching company. The teaching gene runs through everything.
We use Cowork every day to run our own work. You will see us run it live in the session. No slides of someone else's screenshots.
No vendor relationship with Anthropic that pays us a commission. We tell you when Cowork is the right tool and when it is not.
FAQ
Do I need to be technical?
No. That is the whole point of Cowork. If you can use a Mac or a Windows laptop and you have used Google Drive, you can run Cowork. We do the configuration with you in the room.
What plan do I need?
Cowork is included in Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. You buy that directly from Anthropic. We do not resell licences and take no commission.
Mac or Windows?
Both. Cowork is generally available on macOS and Windows desktop apps. We have set it up on both.
Should I do Cowork or Claude Code?
If you are not going to open a terminal, do Cowork. If you write code or you have an engineering team, look at Claude Code. Some clients run both.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. For sensitive work, NDAs are signed before the first working call. For UHNWI, family office, and PE engagements, that is standard.
What about data security?
Cowork runs in a sandboxed VM on your machine. You control which folders it can access and which connectors are turned on. For Enterprise plans, we configure zero-retention API terms and SSO.
The Starter is the easiest way in. Ninety minutes, $249, working setup by the end of the call.
