The Champions Program

Train two or three people on your team to become certified internal AI coaches. Your organisation's AI capability grows without buying external seats forever.

At some point, external training doesn't scale

Buying cohort seats for every new hire works when your team is 15 people. When it's 80, or when you're adding a new department, or when your turnover means constant re-training, the economics change.

The organisations that build lasting AI capability usually have two or three internal people who sit somewhere between practitioner and coach. They know how to build, they know how to teach it, and they're trusted by the rest of the team in a way an outside trainer isn't.

The Champions Program creates those people deliberately, with a structure behind them that makes the role actually work.

More than a certificate

A champion without structure tends to drift back into their day job within six months. The program is designed to prevent that.

01

Advanced Build Training

Champions go deeper than the standard cohort curriculum. They learn to build more complex tools, handle edge cases, and explain technical decisions to non-technical colleagues. The standard is: can they guide someone else through a build?

02

The Coaching Playbook

A practical guide to running internal build sessions, handling common failure modes, and keeping colleagues engaged after the initial excitement fades. Written for someone who's a practitioner first and a coach second.

03

WorkWise Certification

A formal credential that signals to the rest of your organisation that this person is the go-to for AI building questions. Backed by WorkWise Academy and renewable annually.

04

Quarterly Champion Check-ins

Every quarter, your champions join a direct call with Dr. Coney. They bring what they've been coaching, where they've gotten stuck, and questions from their colleagues. It's part peer group, part continuing education.

From selection to certification

1

Identify the right people

The best champions are not always the most technical people on the team. They're the ones others go to with questions. Curious, patient, well-connected internally. We help you identify who to nominate and why.

2

Advanced training (4 weeks)

Your champions go through an intensive version of the cohort curriculum, with additional sessions on coaching technique, facilitation, and handling questions from colleagues at different skill levels. Small cohort, direct access to Dr. Coney.

3

Certification and handover

On completion, your champions receive their certification and the full coaching playbook. We work with them on their first internal session plan to make the transition from trainee to internal coach concrete.

4

Ongoing quarterly support

The certification doesn't expire. The quarterly check-ins continue as long as your champions stay in the program. The AI building space moves fast enough that isolated champions drift. This keeps them current.

Larger organisations with a long-term view

Operations Leaders

You have teams in multiple departments or locations. External training at scale gets expensive. Champions let you train the trainers and scale internally without scaling costs proportionally.

HR and People Teams

You're building a formal AI upskilling pathway as part of your employer value proposition. The Champions Program gives you a credentialled, structured internal capability to anchor it to.

Custom Pricing
