The Problem
Half the people we meet have a Claude Code subscription they paid for months ago and never got around to opening. The other half tried it once, got stuck on the setup, and went back to the chat window.
Both groups have the same problem: the gap between "Claude Code installed" and "Claude Code actually useful" is wider than the docs make it look.

The Session
Install and authenticate (15 min)
Claude Code on your actual machine. Windows, Mac, or Linux. Authentication, API access, first run, and a sanity check that everything works. You pair-program with us so you learn by doing.
Connect one MCP server (20 min)
Pick the one tool Claude should see: Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, GitHub, Linear, or Slack. We set up the MCP server, test it, and show you what becomes possible once Claude can read and write to it.
Write your first CLAUDE.md (20 min)
The file that tells Claude how you work. Short. Specific. Tested. We write it together based on your actual projects, not generic advice.
Build one custom skill (35 min)
Pick a task you do every week. A report you write, a code review you run, a message you send to a client. We turn it into a reusable skill you invoke with one command. You leave with a tool that saves you hours.
Who Books This
The Starter is the easiest on-ramp to Claude Code. It works for founders, operators, consultants, developers who want a faster path up the learning curve, and non-developers who have been told Claude Code is not for them and want to find out.
If you want more than one MCP server connected, or a library of skills built out, the Power User tier is the better fit. If you are setting Claude Code up for a whole team, go straight to the Team Rollout.
The Starter is designed to pay for itself in the first week. If one skill we build saves you 90 minutes of work, you are ahead.
