For Investment Bankers · 1:1 or Desk · From $1,500
A Claude Code setup built around the deal workflow: pitch decks, comps, industry research, CIM reading, management call prep, and process tracking. Starts at $1,500 for a single banker. Scales to $15K+ for a desk.
Why Bankers
Associates and VPs burn most of their week on the same handful of tasks: reading a CIM, pulling comps, building a pitch, tracking process across active deals, writing the follow-up from a management call, checking a target against recent precedents.
None of it is thinking work. All of it is context-switching work. The kind of work a well-built Claude Code setup gets through in minutes.
You keep the judgement. You keep the relationships. You keep the credit. You just stop losing Sundays to deliverables.
What We Build
A skill that reads a CIM and produces a summary in your bank's house format: business overview, financials, growth drivers, risks, and the five questions you would ask management. Your first read goes from two hours to twenty minutes.
A skill that pulls trading and transaction comps against a target, cross-checks multiples, and drafts the comparable analysis slide with the logic. You spot-check the numbers. You do not do the first-pass scrape.
A skill that reads research reports, earnings transcripts, and news, and drafts an industry primer. Structured around how your team actually presents industries in pitches.
A skill that drafts an early-stage pitch outline from a target brief and your bank's past pitches. Section headers, first-pass content, and placeholder exhibits. You and the senior refine. The analyst does not build it from scratch at 2am.
A skill that reads the CIM and the target's public filings, and drafts the questions to ask management. Structured around what you have not yet figured out.
A skill that reads the weekly deal tracker and drafts the process update: where every live deal stands, what is blocked, what needs MD attention this week. The Monday morning memo, done Sunday night without you touching Excel.
Two Ways In
1:1 · From $1,500 · 1 day
A Power User Day for an associate or VP. We build the deal-team skills around your actual live process. Thirty days later, you know whether to roll it out to the desk. Lowest-risk way in.
Desk · $15K-$35K
A Team Rollout for five to twenty-five bankers on a coverage or product desk. Shared skills library, shared settings, and shared MCP servers against your internal data rooms. Your desk's patterns become repeatable.
A Note on Data
Some banks allow Claude on a vendor-approved basis. Some do not. Part of the scoping call is figuring out what your compliance team will and will not approve, and designing the setup to fit.
Where the bank allows Claude Enterprise with zero-retention API terms, we use that. Where the bank is more restrictive, we design around the restriction: skills that run against public data, skills that use anonymised abstracts of client material, or skills that are isolated from production.
NDAs are standard. We do not publicly reference client banks.
Claude Code for investment bankers is the operational upgrade the smart desks are making quietly.
